Derek Davis
come from a Real Estate family and is a 2nd generation broker-owner.
He began his Real estate carrier 13 years ago, when he received
his Real Estate Sales Associate license and
began my career with Abide, Inc. Realtors. In 1993 he received his
Oklahoma Real Estate Brokers license. In 1995 he joined Century 21 Fine
Homes and eventually opened our Edmond branch office as managing
broker in 1996. In 1999 Derek and 2 others bought the franchise and became
Century 21
Asset Realty Group.
In May 2001 his team merged their company with Century 21 and
now have 3 offices in Edmond, Guthrie and Norman with more than 90
realtors. He is a multi-million dollar producer for 11 of the 13
years he has sold real estate including each of the last 11 years.
His passion is relocation to the Edmond/Oklahoma City metro area and
he has
numerous designations in this specialty field.
Some of his corporate clients have included
transferees with Avaya Communications, Lucent Technologies, United
States Homeland Security, and Williams-Sonoma.
